Welcome to Growth Tech Marketing (“GTM”). We’re excited to have you here. 1. Using Our Services

GTM provides technology tools, fully managed marketing services, and coaching resources to help businesses grow. When you sign up, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our Services for your own business purposes. 3. Payments and Subscriptions

Some of our Services are subscription-based. When you subscribe, you agree to pay the fees associated with your plan. Payments must be made on time and through the methods we accept.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are final and non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your subscription, cancellation terms will follow the details of your plan. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to our Services.

We’ll do our best to minimize disruptions and provide advance notice for scheduled downtime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We work hard to deliver high-quality marketing, technology, and coaching solutions, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as a set amount of revenue, leads, or engagement. Business performance depends on many factors outside of GTM’s control, including your industry, market conditions, and internal operations.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GTM is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits, lost opportunities, or data loss.


9. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and software provided through our Services remain the property of GTM or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission. Using our Services does not give you ownership rights to our intellectual property.


10. Disputes and Resolution

If a disagreement arises, we ask that you first reach out to us so we can attempt to resolve it in good faith. If we cannot reach a resolution, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than through court litigation.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business operations, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page. If you continue using our Services after changes are posted, you are agreeing to the updated Terms.

13. Final Agreement
